Three acts. Four courses. One dinner.
Tavolino is the culinary discovery format of the Tavolata St. Moritz.
An evening for all those who are open to new flavors, encounters and perspectives - away from the familiar, but in the midst of life. Tavolino brings young talent to the stove, surprising ideas to the plate and a new lightness to the culinary world. Unconventional, surprising, hearty and always with style. The concept follows a clear dramaturgy in three acts. Everything else remains flexible.
